Superb, powerful nose, with hints of exotic fruit (pineapple, mango) mixed with well-balanced roasted notes. Supple, round and harmonious on the palate, with a perfect woodiness and good varietal character.
Grape variety : 100% Viognier.
Nature of the soils : Almost all of our soils are composed of pink granite. We also have ‘gore’: a type of sandresulting from the erosion of the adjacent rocks, and gives the Gamay grapevariety near-perfect growing conditions in which to produce a light texture.

Vinification and maturing: Pneumatic pressing, cold setting of juice,fermentation in tanks at temperature ranging from 12°C (53.6°F) to 14°C(57.2°F). The maturing is performed in stainlesssteel vats and half in barrel
