A fragrant, round wine with a long finish. Its red colour oscillates between cherry and ruby. It reveals aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, sloe, blackberry and blackcurrant with a hint of spice and minerality. A subtle balance of red fruit, fresh and structured by fine tannins.

Nature of the soils : Land composed of pink granite, light and shallow, rich in minerals. Also some rolled pebbles containing a variable proportion of clay

Alcohol : 13 % vol.
Vinetending : pruning by hand. Prunings minced and left on the ground. Trellisedplots. 25% seeded sodded bands. Handpicked harvesting.
Vinificationand maturing: semi-carbonic maceration at 30°C (86°F) in temperature controlledstainless steel tanks. 7 to 10 days vatting depending on the vintage. Agedbetween 7 to 10 months in stainless steel or expoxy coated cement vats.
