This wine, while possessing the olfactory characteristics of the fine wines of Burgundy, offers a more immediate fruitiness. The nose reveals notes of fruit and pepper, enhanced by a light woodiness. On the palate, its youth brings out pleasant red fruit flavours and great finesse.

Nature of the soils : Almost all our soils are composed of pink granite. We also have ‘gore’: a type of sand thatresult from the erosion of adjacent rocks, and gives the Gamay grape varietynear-perfect growing conditions in for the production of a light texture.

Vinification and maturing: Beaujolais vinification, with temperature control, vatting time of 8 to 12 days, 50% destemming. Barrel aged for 12 months
