L'Eminent

for each bottle

Harvested from a very specific 80-year-old parcel in a place called ‘Bel Air’, this ‘l'Eminent’ cuvée was vinified with indigenous yeasts and without sulphur. A 12-day vatting period and 18 months' ageing in demi-Muid means that this Chiroubles “l'Eminent” stands out in our range. Only historic vintages will be produced under this confidential cuvée....Barely 700 bottles available, easily recognisable thanks to the wax overcorking and the wax ‘Passot’ seal, also above the label..
