Colour: Pale pink

Soiltype: Granite, characteristic of the Beaujolais region and perfectly suitedto its Gamay grape variety. The soil is poor and pebbly.

Locationof the vine plots: Mainly on hillsides, south-west exposure

Cultivationmethod: Goblet pruning, shoots are chipped, some parcels trellised, 25% grasscover, mechanical work done with a narrow tractor.

Wine-makingmethod: Direct pneumatic pressing at low pressure to obtain a delicate andgraceful wine.

Harvestingmethod: Manual harvesting.

Ageing: The wine is aged instainless steel tanks for 5 months and then bottled to keep its freshness.  

Averageageing time: 1 to 2 years

Tasting notes: Tasting notes: Pale pink colour,nose with aromas of red fruits and notes of "English candy". Fresh on the palate with intense andfine aromas of white fruits and yellow peach. A round finish that lingers verypleasantly...
